Congratulations to Lisa Hawken, the first recipient of the Ken Sampson Fairley Leadership Scholarship.  Ken, who was amongst the first group of Fairley Fellows in 1997, passed away last October.

Ken’s widow, Maree, was on hand to congratulate Lisa, as was Huw Davies, the Chairman of the Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority and Fairley Leadership Executive Director, Lisa McKenzie.  The scholarship is sponsored by the GBCMA in memory of Ken who worked for them for many years.

Lisa Hawken, a member of the 2010 Cohort, is an environmental sustainability professional from Kyabram.
